Debra Alessi-Sromovski M.S.,PHR
Debra joined the Eden II Programs HR team in 2008 as the Director of Human Resources. She has over 10 years of Human Resources experience in various industries such as Healthcare, Transportation, and Education within for profit and non-profit sectors. Debra has a Master’s degree in Organizational behavior with emphasis on Change Management and Training and Development. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Society of Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing her SPHR certification.  She is a member of both the Society of Human Resources Management and World at Work.

Susan Ribaudo
Susan joined the Eden II Programs in 1992. She has held various positions within Eden and is currently the Manager of Human Resources. Sue has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Susan is responsible for all Human Resources functions within the Residential and Adult Services programs. Susan is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.

Angela Ricca
Angela recently joined Eden II Programs in February 2010. She has over 25 years of human resources experience coming from the insurance/reinsurance sectors. In her previous positions Angela was responsible for managing the various generalist functions of human resources including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and training. She was also responsible for Facilities Management in her position prior to joining Eden II. Angela is responsible for our School Programs at our Granite, Skyline Drive and Forest Avenue locations.  Angela is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Cherie Hargett
Cherie Hargett recently joined the Eden II Programs in 2011 and currently supports our Genesis Programs in Long Island, NY. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management Cherie has worked for both the profit and non-for-profit sectors, with experience in Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare and Human Services. Prior to joining Eden II Programs Cherie was responsible for managing Human Resource functions for non-for-profit organizations under the Office of People with Developmental  Disabilities, the Office of Mental Health, and the Office of Children and Family Services. Cherie is currently a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is pursuing her certification as a Professional in Human Resources.
